Stir-fried Vegetarian Chicken with Leek

Cut the vegetarian chicken into slices, and cut the leeks into half-inch pieces

Pour vegetable oil in a hot pot and fry the vegetarian chicken (divide twice)

Fry for the first time until the two sides are yellowed out
5.
Fry the second one too, and add the leeks for the first one
6.
Stir and fry until the leeks change color and add some salt
7.
Add light soy sauce
Tips:
1. Vegetarian chicken slices are not easy to be too thin, and too thin to fry. About 3 mm thick will do.
2. No need to add water or cover.
