Stir-fried Vermicelli with Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut into thin strips, soak the vermicelli in advance, slice the green onion and garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into circles.

Pour slightly more oil than usual for cooking, add green onion, garlic, and dried red pepper rings and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in shredded cabbage and stir-fry until softened.

Add the fans and stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and soy sauce and continue to stir quickly until the soup is dry. Finally add sugar and stir well.

The vermicelli is oily and dry, very delicious.
Tips:
The amount of oil is more than usual for cooking, otherwise the vermicelli will stick to the pan. Drain the vermicelli after soaking softly. After adding the vermicelli later, stir fry quickly and non-stop over high heat until the vermicelli absorbs the water in the cabbage.
