Stir-fried Vermicelli with Kaiyang Green Pepper

Ingredients: green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open), vermicelli (soaked soft), Kaiyang (soaked).

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the green peppers and the soaked Kaiyang, stir fry.
