Stir-fried Vermicelli with Lean Pork and Eggplant

1. Ingredients: vermicelli (already soaked)

2. Lean meat slices

3. eggplant

4. Add some cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and salad oil to the lean pork slices, mix well, and set aside.

5. Remove the stalks of the eggplant, wash and remove.

6. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

7. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the mixed lean pork slices and stir fry.

8. Then, add the cut eggplant and stir fry.

9. Then, add some light soy sauce and a little water to stir fry until the eggplant becomes soft.

10. Finally, combine the soft soaked vermicelli and add some salt.

11. Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
