Stir-fried Vermicelli with Minced Meat

Prepare materials.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water for half an hour in advance.

Mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic separately and set aside.

Cut the millet pepper into sections.

Put the bottom oil in a wok and sauté the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add the minced meat and stir-fry until the color changes, add the tempeh hot sauce and cooking wine and continue to stir-fry.

Put in the soaked vermicelli.

Pour in the broth, light soy sauce, and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn to low heat.

When the vermicelli softens and the soup is almost dry, add the millet pepper and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. Don't make the fans too soft, it's almost soft.
2. Stir-fry the minced meat as much as possible for a while, and fry a little bit to make it more fragrant.
3. It is not advisable to add too much water at the end, just collect the water.
