Stir-fried Vermicelli with Spinach (quick Vegetarian Vegetable)

Break the vermicelli into small sections and soak in advance.

Wash spinach and soak in baking soda for 15 minutes.

Boil water in a pot, put the vermicelli in water, put half a spoon of salt, a little olive oil, and blanch the spinach after the water is boiled. After a minute, remove the vermicelli and spinach out of cold water.
