Stir-fried Vermicelli with Vegetarian Ham and Celery

Ingredients: vegetarian ham, vermicelli (soaked soft), celery (cleaned and cut)

Unpack the vegetarian ham and cut 100 grams, place it on the chopping board, and cut it for later use.
