Stir-fried Winter Bamboo Shoots with Bacon

Shred winter bamboo shoots.

Cut the green garlic and bacon and set aside.

Put the oil in the pan to heat, add the bacon and fry until the bacon is transparent.

Pour in winter bamboo shoots and fry for one minute.

Put the dark soy sauce on to color, add a little more water and boil it for half a minute.

Season with appropriate amount of salt.

Add pepper.

Add green garlic and fry until cooked.
