Stir Fry

Prepare eggs, leeks, bean sprouts, vermicelli, and chopped green onions.

Blanch the bean sprouts for two minutes and set aside

Fry the egg and set aside

Saute the green onion

Add bean sprouts and stir fry evenly, add two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of oyster sauce, stir and stir even

Add vermicelli, boil the vermicelli until soft, add egg
7.
Add leeks
8.
Add salt, stir fry until the leeks change color and come out of the pan.
