Stir-fry with Garlic Sprouts

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections. Sausage slices

Heat up the pan and pour some oil into the scrambled eggs

Tips:
Don't fry garlic sprouts. They will lose their crispness if they are too old. Pour in the eggs at the end and mix well. After a long time, it will be old and the soup will be too salty.
