Stir-fry with Green Pepper, Oyster Mushroom and Carrot

Clean the green peppers and pleurotus eryngii. Wash half of the carrot and peel it.

Slice carrots and eryngii mushrooms. Put the eryngii mushrooms in the pot and cook for 1 minute (then cut the green peppers and cut into sections), then remove and drain.

On high heat, put 1 spoon of oil in the frying spoon, then add carrots and stir fry a few times after 10 seconds.

Add the green peppers and stir fry the eryngii mushrooms.

Add soy sauce, salt, and stir-fry evenly. Add a little starch and water to thicken.
6.
Turn off the heat and serve.
