This kind of vegetable head is called Caihai in the local area. I don’t know why the locals call it that way. This vegetable is grown by my husband’s second wife himself. Because I grow a lot of it, it’s dried in the sun, and given it after being dried. Some of me, say some meat or no meat, just stir-fry it like this. It's very delicious, and say the porridge is very good. They all like to eat this way, so I made it once, because the baby can’t chew large pieces of meat. It sucks, so I used minced meat. Tips:

Because the dried vegetables are dried with salt, I soak them for a while. If you like saltier, you can wash them and fry them instead of soaking them.
