This kind of vegetable head is called Caihai in the local area. I don’t know why the locals call it that way. This vegetable is grown by my husband’s second wife himself. Because I grow a lot of it, it’s dried in the sun, and given it after being dried. Some of me, say some meat or no meat, just stir-fry it like this. It's very delicious, and say the porridge is very good. They all like to eat this way, so I made it once, because the baby can’t chew large pieces of meat. It sucks, so I used minced meat. This dish is really crispy and delicious.

Stir-fry with Minced Meat

1. Dried vegetable hail appropriate amount for reserve

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the dried vegetables and soak for 15 minutes

3. Lean meat chopped into minced meat

4. Soaked vegetables hail dried and shredded

5. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the fragrant garlic

6. Put a little minced meat in and stir fry

7. Stir the minced meat and stir evenly

8. A little light soy sauce

9. Put the dried vegetable hail into the stir fry

10. Stir-fry until the vegetables become soft and add some light soy sauce.

Tips:

Because the dried vegetables are dried with salt, I soak them for a while. If you like saltier, you can wash them and fry them instead of soaking them.
