Stone Pot Squid

Prepare the ingredients in advance

Squid must be cleaned and cut into 5-6 cm long sections; green peppers and red peppers shall be cut into rolling blades; onions shall be cut into small pieces; lotus root shall be cut into strips; green onions shall be cut into 3-4 cm long sections for later use

Put an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt into a bowl to make a sauce

Put the squid silk and lotus root strips in the pot and blanch the water, remove and drain the water and set aside

Pour the oil in the pot and heat it up, add dried chilies, green and red chilies, and onions to the pot and sauté

Saute the ingredients into the pot, add lotus root, squid, and the adjusted sauce, stir fry over high heat

Finally, put the shallots and the secret red oil just before the pan, and put it in the pre-heated stone pan.
Tips:
1. Squid and lotus roots need to be blanched
