Straw Mushroom Pumpkin Soup

Soak the straw mushrooms in water and cut them in half.

Wash the seaweed after soaking the hair

Add straw mushrooms, seaweed, and green onions to the water. Add a little bit of big bone soup powder and simmer on high heat

After the water has boiled, add the pumpkin to a simmer and simmer. Pay attention to observe that the pumpkin in the pot is not boiled. Generally, simmer for five minutes on low heat. Adjust the salt and a few drops of peanut oil.
