String Beans with Sauce-flavored Minced Pork

1. Remove the tendons, wash and dice the kidney beans.

2. Mince the pork, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, and a spoonful of starch. Stir evenly and let it sit for a while.

3. Cut green onion into circles and mince ginger.

4. Cut dried red pepper into small pieces.

5. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and stir-fry the green beans.
