Student Breakfast Siu Mai
1.
Wash the mushrooms and soak the hair, wash the glutinous rice, soak in cold water for 2 hours and cook into glutinous rice.
2.
Wash the pork and grind it into minced meat.
3.
Soaked shiitake mushrooms and carrots minced.
4.
Put the minced meat, mushrooms, and carrots in a bowl, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce with ginger powder and pepper, mix well, and stir-fry.
5.
Mix the fried minced meat with glutinous rice, add seasonings to your liking and mix well. I added salt, pepper, fuel consumption, and a little old extract at the end. For children, glutinous rice is mixed with crumbles, which is good for children's digestion.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of meat filling on the siu mai husk, pinch the edges into folds and then gather them together. It’s the first time to pack siu-mai, for me, pinching is more important than shape, ha ha~
7.
Put the wrapped siu mai yards neatly and put them in the refrigerator to freeze them.
8.
The next morning, apply a little oil to the steaming grid to prevent stickiness. Make the simmered wheat sized. After the water is boiled, the simmered wheat is put into the steamer. Because the filling is cooked, 10 minutes of high heat is enough.
9.
When steaming the wheat, boil the egg rice wine, the child's breakfast is ready.
