Stuffed Pork with Tofu

Wash the tofu with water.

Cut into four four squares in the middle with two vertical and horizontal cuts.

Chop pork belly into mashed meat, beat an egg, add a few drops of sesame oil and mix, then add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, light soy sauce and mix well in one direction.

Use a small spoon to dig a hole in the middle of the four cubes of tofu, do not dig the bottom and the surroundings, and then fill in the meat.
5.
Put on a plate and steam in a steamer over high heat for 15 minutes.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat.
