Prepare 5 prawns, 1 green onion (cut into sections on white, other chopped green onions), 1 piece of ginger (cut into slices of ginger), 3 garlic cloves (just pat and cut into large pieces), 1 spoon of tomato sauce, 1/3 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/2 spoon of soy sauce, 1/5 spoon of pepper (optional)
2.
Wash the prawns, count the second section from the head of the prawns, insert a toothpick horizontally, and slowly pick out the prawn thread
3.
Straighten the shrimp, use a knife slowly under the stomach of the shrimp, pay attention to safety with your hands, and then remove the shrimp string from the stomach
4.
Add 1 spoon of seasoning wine, 1/3 spoon of salt, and a little pepper (you can leave it alone)
5.
Put down the chopped green onion, garlic and ginger slices, stir with chopsticks, and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, you can cook simple hot vegetables and the like, so you won’t waste time.
6.
Pick out the green onion, garlic and ginger slices. Make sure that there is no water in the pot, put the oil, add the selected green onion, garlic and ginger slices and stir fry for a while
7.
Add the prawns and stir fry until they just turn color
8.
Add 1/2 spoon of soy sauce

Then add 1/2 spoon of tomato sauce (because some people don’t like sweet dishes for dinner, so just add the seasoning according to personal preference), stir fry a few times, add 80ml of water, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat 3·5 minutes (the shrimp will grow old if it takes too long)
