Stuffed Red Pepper

Minced pork and minced fish glue.

Add the two kinds of meat puree to the right amount of green onion and ginger together with the seasoning, and beat them in one direction.

Wash the red pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Spread cornstarch evenly on the inside of the red pepper.

Stuffed with meat.

Tips:
1. If there is no mussel glue, you can use other fish glue.
2. When frying the stuffed red pepper, it is best to fry the meaty side first.
3. The time should not be too long when returning to the pot for cooking.
