Stuffed Squid with Meat

Clean the squid, remove the dirt, tear off the skin, clean the mushrooms and carrots (forgot to shoot the carrots)

Marinate the meat with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, and sugar for a while.

Shredded mushrooms and carrots (carrots are not photographed).

Add shiitake mushrooms and carrots to the meat filling, add salt, egg white and a small amount of vegetable oil and stir well, then beat in one direction until the meat filling is firm, so that it will not loosen easily.

Stuff the meat into the squid belly and seal it with a toothpick.

Put the squid in the pot and steam for 15 minutes after the water boils.

, Cut the steamed squid and put it on the plate.

Add light soy sauce, a small amount of oyster sauce, and cooking wine to the pot and boil until boiling.
9.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the squid and pour the sauce on it.
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to put too much meat, because the squid will shrink when steamed. I put about 3/4 of it.
