Stuffed Tofu

Prepare all the ingredients and make the filling first.

Put the scallion, ginger, pepper, sesame oil, sesame oil, pepper, soy sauce, etc. into the mashed meat and mix it into a filling that suits your taste. Tofu set aside.

Cut the tofu into rectangular pieces as shown in the picture (the cut tofu has the hard side down and the tender side up)

Use a small spoon to dig a small hole in the middle of each piece of tofu

Embed the minced meat into the tofu and smooth.

Put tofu in oil and fry

Turn it over and fry.

Chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

When the tofu is golden brown on both sides, add green onion, ginger and garlic.

Put oyster sauce, salt, and water, cover the pot and simmer until the meat is cooked. Turn it over and let the tofu taste and thicken on both sides. Put pepper and sesame oil out of the pot.

The scooped tofu can be put in the meat or braised with the tofu.
