Stuffed Tofu with Oil

Prepare the ingredients, wash and soak the glutinous rice for 30 minutes, peel the ginger, wash and slice

Wash the pork and beaten it with ginger slices into minced meat with a cooking machine

Pour the excess water out of the glutinous rice and break it with a food processor. Don’t beat it too much. Pour the minced meat and glutinous rice into the bowl
