Summer Refreshing Cold Noodles

Add flour and water to the noodle machine, and the noodles come out.

The noodles are ready (you can use dried noodles).

Cut the beans into sections.

After blanching it in boiling water, transfer it to cold water for later use.

Put water in the pot, add the noodles after the water is boiled, and the noodles will be cooked when they float up.

Drain the noodles into cold water and let cool for later use.

Soak the pepper in water, smash the garlic and put it in a seasoning bowl, add light soy sauce, vinegar, and salt and mix well.

Transfer the chilled noodles to a bowl. Add some beans.
9.
Pour the seasoning water and add the oily chili noodles.
Tips:
The oily chili noodles is: sauté the dried chilies with oil on a low heat and break them with a cooking machine.
