Suitable for summer and lazy people (⌯˃̶᷄ ⁻̫ ˂̶᷄⌯)

Eating dinner by myself, looking at some meat left, I wanted to save trouble and plan to make dry noodles. At home, the Thai-style sweet chili sauce is about to be used up and I plan to use it. In order to increase the taste, I used crispy Chinese cabbage. It is a super simple lazy dish born from the rest of the kitchen~

It was just a surprise to find that it was too delicious, so I wanted to share the method. The steps of the process were not photographed, and the steps were very simple, so I can make up when I have time. Hehe"

Ingredients

Super Appetizing Thai Style Sweet and Spicy Cabbage Minced Pork Noodle

1. First chop the meat (lazy people can buy ground meat directly), put some soy sauce and pepper to marinate. The reason for not being ginger is because of laziness...

2. The process of marinating meat is boiling water in a pot. Start cutting cabbage. It should be noted that a few pieces of cabbage will be a lot of broken pieces, so increase the amount slowly. Also chop the cabbage, not too small.

3. Put a few drops of oil in the water, boil the water into the noodles, add cold water to the boil again, boil for a few minutes according to the softness you like, add some salt. After cooking, transfer it to a bowl with cold water and let it cool for later use.

4. Remove the noodles and place them on the bottom of the bowl.

5. The water that has been boiled for the noodles is reheated, and the cabbage is added. It doesn’t need to be cooked for a long time, otherwise the cabbage will not be crispy.

6. Take out the chopped cabbage and pile it on the noodles.

7. After washing the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour the minced meat and stir fry. Be careful not to fry the meat. No seasoning is needed, and it is piled on the cabbage and noodles after being fried.

8. Sprinkle in shallots.

9. Add Thai sweet chili sauce to your liking. You don’t know if you don’t eat it. Suitable for summer, it is very convenient for one or two people to eat. I hope that friends who have tried it can upload the picture ◝(⑅•ᴗ•⑅)◜..°♡

Tips:

You can make use of the specialties of the leftovers in the refrigerator with different raw materials, and I feel that the addition of chopped sour radish and chopped white onion should be delicious. In fact, it is the classic collocation of dumpling filling (◍•̅ ȷ̫ •̅◍) I wish you all a happy meal
