Super Simple Hot and Sour Cold Skin

First, knead flour, water and salt to form a firmer dough. Wake up for 20 minutes.

Mash the garlic with some salt, add chicken powder and sesame pepper powder / bay leaf / cinnamon, rush into boiling water. Make garlic water and cool.

Tahini and vinegar are diluted.

Tips:
Each time you pour the same amount of water, the dough can be thin and even. You don't need to put chili oil when you eat it for your baby.
