Super Simple Sushi Recipe

Two eggs are fried into a thin cake

Cut into strips, take the middle part of cucumber and ham and cut into strips

Spread a thin layer of rice on the seaweed and squeeze a little salad dressing. The rice is a mixture of rice and glutinous rice at a ratio of 2:1. After the rice is allowed to cool, add sushi vinegar, sugar, and salt at a ratio of 6:3:1.
