Super Tempting Mixed Soybean Sprouts

Soak the raw materials in light salt water to clean them, about 10 minutes.

Boil the soybean sprouts in boiling water. After the water boils again for 2 minutes, remove them and soak them in cold water. (I shower the soybean sprouts and put them in the refrigerator directly).

Prepare green onion, onion, ginger, star anise, and pepper.

Shred coriander, carrots, ginger, and green onions.

Mix the chili flakes with a small amount of cold oil (you can reduce the oil, boil and let cool and add a small amount).

Put oil in the pot, heat up, add green onion, ginger, shredded onion, pepper, aniseed and fry until the aroma is overflowing and slightly burnt.

Pour the fried oil into the mixed chili flakes; (use a strainer to filter out the residue).

Soy bean sprouts, add carrot, coriander, green onion, add appropriate seasoning (salt, sugar, white vinegar, cooking wine, sesame oil, minced garlic, MSG, cooked sesame), and homemade oil (appropriate amount) and mix well.
