Sweet and Sour Apple Chicken

Prepare chicken, apples, snake fruit, rice vinegar, and sugar.

Wash and dice chicken; pour in rice wine and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mix well.

Add a little starch, mix well and set aside.

Wash ginger and chives and cut into fine granules; mix the starch with water and set aside.

Peel and dice apple and snake fruit.

Pour white sugar into a bowl, add rice vinegar to make a sauce for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan, smooth the diced chicken, and set aside.

Saute ginger grains with remaining oil.

Pour in the apples and snake fruit and stir-fry evenly.

Add the diced chicken and stir-fry well.
12.
Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
13.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.
14.
Pour in the sauce and stir well.
15.
Add starch juice.
16.
Lift the pot, shake it a few times, and shake it evenly.
17.
Sprinkle in diced green onions.
18.
Remove from the fire and put it into a bowl.
