Sweet and Sour Carrots Served with Rice

Carrots, hot peppers, starch, ginger, green onions, vinegar, light soy sauce, pickled peppers, sugar, salt

Starch, ginger, green onions, vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar and some water to make a juice

Add oil and stir-fry the carrots to soften. Be sure to add more oil. Carotene is a fat-soluble substance, so it can only be absorbed well in the oil.

Add salt to plate

Add oil and stir-fry the pickled peppers until fragrant.

Pour in the adjusted juice and boil

Pour in the fried carrots and hot peppers and stir-fry evenly.
