Sweet and Sour Crispy Tofu
1.
Cut the old tofu into slices of about 1cm. Cut the ginger and garlic into the bottom. Adjust a bowl of sweet and sour sauce: one spoon of cooking wine, two spoons of soy sauce, three spoons of vinegar, four spoons of sugar, and five spoons of water. 12345 is that simple 🤓
2.
Let the water dry and fry in the pan😊
3.
Slowly fry on low heat until golden on both sides before serving
4.
Another four pots of hot fry 1⃣️ a little bit of oily ginger and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then pour the sweet and sour sauce into the pot~stir and boil for about a minute
5.
Then pour the water starch in to thicken the juice
6.
Pour in the tofu and coat it with the sweet and sour sauce and turn off the heat to get out of the pot!
7.
Put the finished product on the plate as you like, then pour the excess sauce on top and sprinkle some shallots...
8.
The finished meal~~🍲😁😁😁 Super delicious! It's chewy in your mouth! ☺️
Tips:
1 You can taste the taste before you cook the sauce and thicken it. If it is too light and sour, you can adjust it and add some sugar or vinegar.
2 I used the light soy sauce, the color is lighter, the darker the dark soy sauce will diminish the sweetness, it depends on personal preference.
3 Fry tofu well and let cool early, and it is best to stir fry faster, otherwise the skin will not be crispy after cooking for too long
4 The amount of measuring spoons used for the sauce is the ratio of 12345...Sweet and sour very moderately sweet and sour sauce ☺️
