Sweet and Sour Crispy Tofu

Tofu cut into small pieces

Use food-grade paper to wipe dry the water, or let it dry naturally.

Take a small bowl, mix in vinegar, tomato sauce, light soy sauce, sugar

Add 1 scoop of starch to the starch, mix well, pour in and stir evenly

Heat the oil pan, put the tofu in the pan and fry, sprinkle some salt and don’t turn the tofu easily

After frying on one side, turn over and fry on the other side. When all is fried, serve and set aside

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the sweet and sour sauce and bring to a boil

Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry and cook for a while

After the sauce is thickened by the fire, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds and turn off the heat
