Sweet and Sour Egg

Prepare three duck eggs and dice the onion, green pepper, and carrot.

Knock the duck eggs one by one into the frying pan, fry them into poached eggs, set aside for later use

Heat in another oil pan, add the chopped green onion and garlic, and stir-fry the chopped small cubes, add the clear broth to a boil, add the wet starch to thicken

Serve on duck eggs
