Sweet and Sour Eggs

Prepare the eggs.

White sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, salt, then add water and mix well.

Chop the green onion.

Beat the eggs in the pan and fry for 4 minutes.

Turn it over for 2 minutes.

Put it on the plate and set aside.

Add oil to the pot.
8.
Add chopped green onion and sauté.
9.
Add sweet and sour sauce and bring to a boil.
10.
Put in the egg and leave for about 30 seconds.
11.
Serve it.
Tips:
Eggs that like heart-wrenching can be fried for a little bit shorter time.
