Sweet and Sour Gluten

1. Wash and slice gluten, wash and chop green onions.

2. Put the cooking wine light soy sauce, sweet and sour water together and stir until the sugar dissolves.

3. Heat the pan with oil and fry the chopped green onion.

4. Add gluten and stir fry.
