The thick sweet and sour sauce wraps the tender tenderloin on the outside, and a bite is full of sweet and sour taste.

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Tenderloin ready

2. Cut into long strips, somewhat similar to French fries

3. Add the ginger shreds, garlic slices, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, white pepper, flour, and cornstarch in the main ingredients, stir well and set aside.

4. Add the main ingredient salad oil to the pot, heat it on medium heat, turn to low heat, and add the flour-coated tenderloin one by one. Control the heat well and don’t fry it. Generally, the tenderloin will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Can be fished out.

5. Make all of them out of the pan for later use

6. The sugar, balsamic vinegar, and tomato sauce in the auxiliary ingredients are mixed in a small bowl

7. Add a small amount of salad oil in the auxiliary ingredients to the pot and heat it up

8. Pour the ingredients in a small bowl, slowly simmer the ketchup on low heat until it thickens

9. Pour in the fried tenderloin and stir fry

10. Make each tenderloin evenly covered with a layer of tomato sauce

11. Ready to cook

12. Loading

13. Sweet and sour, come and taste it!

Tips:

1. When frying the tenderloin, it is best to add it one by one to make it a beautiful long strip, and remove it after setting the shape. Don't pour the whole dish into the fry to affect the appearance. 2. The ketchup needs to be simmered slowly to have a fragrance
