Tender tenderloin refers to the strips of tender meat on the inner side of the spine of animals such as pigs, cows, and sheep. It is very delicious whether it is used in vegetable stews. The sweet and sour pork loin I made today uses pork tenderloin as the main ingredient, with flour, starch, vinegar and other ingredients. It is sweet and sour and makes people appetite.

Tips:

1. The tenderloin is knocked with a meat hammer or knife back to loosen the meat and make the taste more tender.
2. Cut into meat strips of moderate size, which is easy to taste and fry.
3. Use a small fire for the first frying and a big fire for the second time.
4. When frying for the first time, put them in the frying pan one by one to avoid sticking together.
5. The amount of tomato sauce and water is equal.
