1. Cut the tenderloin into strips.
2. Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, ginger
3. Add appropriate amount of cornstarch, beat in an egg, marinate for 10 minutes
4. Take a clean pan and fry the tenderloin
5. Take another pot, heat the tomato sauce with oil, heat it on a low heat, add the fried tenderloin, and fry it back and forth until each tenderloin is covered with tomato juice.
6. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top of the pan for garnish.
