Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Put the ribs in boiling water to boil, and then rinse with cold water to remove blood.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, tangerine peel, cooking wine, light soy sauce to the washed ribs and let stand for 20 minutes.

Then put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for 30 minutes.

The steamed pork ribs are removed from the onion, garlic, and ginger, then pour into a plate, and set aside.

Tips:
1: Spare ribs buy small ribs, and the ribs with less meat will make this dish crispy.
2: The rock candy must be melted on low heat before adding ribs.
3: Do not explode the fire for too long to prevent scorching.
4: Put the vinegar last, because it will volatilize. The amount of vinegar depends on how you like it.
