Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
1.
Take out the ribs and wash
2.
Put water in the pot and skim the foam when the pot is about to boil
3.
Prepare the aniseed and put it in the bag
4.
Pour the light soy sauce, consume the oil, add the green onion and ginger, the bag, boil over high heat, and simmer slowly (I used wood fire to stew in my hometown, but the pressure cooker is useless, and the slow-simmered ribs are tender)
5.
After the stew is cooked, remove the heat
6.
Pick out the ribs
7.
Put oil in the pot and add rock sugar to melt it
8.
Pour the ribs into the wok and stir fry
9.
Add the ribs soup to a covered pot and simmer slowly
10.
When there is very little water, you can fry for a while. If you like more soup, you can fry for a while. The sweet and sour pork ribs made this way are easy and the taste is not bad.
