Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Put pork ribs into a pot of cold water and remove blood foam from high heat

Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, sugar and ginger and stir fry evenly
3.
Put in the blanched ribs

Pour vinegar, light soy sauce, water, salt, water starch
5.
Collect the juice over the fire and make it out of the pot
