Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
1.
The potatoes are cleaned, peeled, and steamed in the pot (the potatoes are best to choose light-skinned potatoes, which have a crisp taste and are not easy to loose when steamed)
2.
After the potatoes are steamed, let cool and cut into small sections with the thick index finger
3.
Cut the cold fried dough sticks into about 5 cm sections (the cold fried dough sticks are deep-fried and tender on the outside, adding more flavor)
4.
Drill a small hole in the fried dough stick and turn your index finger relative to it.
5.
Stuff the potatoes into the fried dough sticks, and the embryonic form of the vegetarian ribs is completed
6.
Stuff the potatoes into the dough sticks one by one
7.
Seasoning sauce: 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of water, stir evenly, and make a bowl of juice
8.
Pour some oil into the pot and heat it up
9.
Put 1 aniseed in a frying pan to stir up the aroma. The sweet and sour pork ribs made with aniseed are more meaty
10.
After the aniseed aroma comes out, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant
11.
Pour the juice into the pot and bring it to a boil
12.
After boiling, put down the ready-made vegetarian spare ribs, simply stir fry, dry the soup, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
