Sweet and Sour Pot Pork

Prepare the materials.

Wash the tenderloin and cut into 2mm thick slices, add cooking wine, salt, and pepper to marinate for 5 minutes.

Shred carrots, shred green onions, shred ginger, and cut parsley.

Take a small bowl and mix the sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce, and salt into a juice for later use.

Add the egg white and starch flour to the meat slices to make a paste.

Heat the oil pan, unfold the meat slices and put them in order, fry them until the meat slices are cooked and drain the oil, then turn to high heat and fry the meat slices until golden brown and remove the oil.

Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped green onions and minced garlic.

Pour in the prepared sauce and burn it to make bubbles.
9.
Add pork slices, shredded carrots and green onions, stir fry for color and flavor.
10.
Sprinkle with coriander at the end.
