Sweet and Sour Radish Shreds

One fresh red round radish.

Peel off the skin and wash.

Cut into even slices.

Cut even filaments.

Clean the scallion, remove the heart, and cut into even filaments.

Put the shredded radish and green onion into the basin.

Mix salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, white sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl.

Pour it in a bowl of shredded radish.

The amount of juice can be increased or decreased according to the amount of shredded radish.
