Sweet and Sour Sea Bass

Ingredients: sea bass (washed), ginger slices, chives.

Add 2 scoops of cooking wine to the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.

Add 3 and a half tablespoons of sugar.

Add 10 scoops of water.

Add half a teaspoon of salt.

Mix thoroughly into sweet and sour sauce, set aside.

Put the sea bass on the chopping board and make a few cuts.

Put the pan on the heat, pour the oil and heat it up, add the sea bass and fry it on both sides.

Then, put the ginger slices and pour in the sweet and sour sauce.

Season to a boil.

Then, boil until the soup thickens, and put the chives.
