Sweet and Sour Tofu

Cut tofu into thin slices.

Add minced garlic, tomato sauce, and salt to the bowl.

White sugar, white vinegar, light soy sauce, water starch.

Stir well and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and add tofu.

Fry golden brown on both sides.

Pour in the adjusted juice and cook the soup to thicken.
