A new appetizer of meat, one plate can eliminate two bowls of rice! Meat cuts have been my favorite since I was young. When I was young, my dad would always make meat cuts for me. After eating meat cuts made by my father, all my worries would disappear. Now that I am a mother, I will often cook this dish for my darlings. The children love sweet and sour taste, so I deliberately made the traditional meat pieces into sweet and sour taste, which instantly detonated the taste buds and fell in love with the taste of home!

Sweet and Sour Version

1. Wash tenderloin and cut into pieces.

2. Mix potato starch with water and mix thoroughly to make a paste.

3. Add the meat pieces to the starch paste, so that each piece of meat is evenly coated with the starch paste.

4. Heat the oil to 70% heat, add the meat.

5. The fire continued to explode.

6. Fry until the meat is fully cooked and the surface is crispy and then remove.

7. Pour a little oil in a separate pot, heat up, add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

8. Pour the carrot slices and stir fry a few times.

9. Pour in the fried meat.

10. Pour in all the seasonings and stir-fry quickly.

11. After all the meat pieces are covered with broth, they can be served on a plate.

12. Take a sip, the fragrance bursts, sweet and sour appetizing.

Tips:

1. The starch is best to use potato starch, which is highly viscous.
2. Because it is for children, I use carrot slices for the side dishes. Adults can put green and red pepper slices.
