Sweet Potato Noodle Sophora Buns

Mix the sweet potato noodles with flour 1:3 to form a dough, wake up for a while.

Tips:
1 I think that the ratio of sweet potato noodles to flour is 1:3. It is better to use warm water for making noodles.
2 The buns are thinner and delicious, but I made them a bit thicker.
