Swift Double Melon

Cut the loofah cucumber into equal-sized pieces.

Bring the water to a boil, put the loofah and cucumber in a pot (8 mature) to retain their fragrance, pour out and rinse with cold water (preservation of color).
3.
Put the salad oil in the net pot and heat up a little, add the garlic slices, loofah and cucumber, quickly seasoning and thicken, and then start the pot a few times over the heat.
Tips:
The boiled loofah cucumber must be rinsed with cold water in order to preserve their crispness.
