Sydney Tremella Soup

Dry white fungus, soak in cold water in advance.

Sydney and longan are prepared.

After soaking the white fungus, cut off the roots and tear them into small flowers by hand; remove the dried longan from the shell and wash the meat.

For Sydney, knead with refined salt for 2~3 minutes, rinse with water, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Put the prepared pears, white fungus, and longan meat into the health pot.

Add enough filtered water. (Remember, the water volume cannot exceed the limit line)

Cover the lid of the health pot, turn on the power, select the soup button, and start to cook.

After the stewing process is over, add the old rock sugar, stir until it melts, then you can put it in a bowl and enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: Don't throw the peel of Sydney, just wash it and boil it together.
2: The amount of rock sugar can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
3: If you want to save time, you can cook it in a pressure cooker.
