Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

2. Cut the pork into cubes.

3. Wash the onions, mushrooms and okra in the accessories.

4. Put a little oil in the pot and stir the pork belly until it is slightly yellow.

5. Leave the oil in the pan and stir-fry the onions for a fragrant flavor. The cinnamon star anise fruit is also added together.

6. Add in the previously stir-fried diced pork, stir fry evenly.

7. Add oyster sauce and cooking wine.

8. Continue to add the right amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

9. Then add the right amount of salt and sugar and stir fry well.

10. Then add water. The amount of water should not exceed the surface of the meat, cover the pot and bring to a boil.

11. Finally, add shiitake mushrooms and hard-boiled eggs, cover tightly and cook over medium heat until the soup thickens, then turn off the heat.

12. The braised pork is cooked. Next, blanch the okra.

13. Take a small pot, add water to a boil, add an appropriate amount of oil, and blanch the okra.

Tips:

In fact, about one catty of pork belly is enough, I bought a little too much, almost two catties.
